Reclaiming our will, power, and authenticity is a process that will take the rest of our lifetime. We are collectively coming out of eons of patriarchal abuse and exploitation, and into the Aquarian age of empowerment, balance, equality, and living from the heart. On a personal level, we are healing lifetimes of emotional, psychological, and physical woundedness, and coming back out of our own toxic survival traits. We are undoing the internal damage done by the violent and demeaning projections of others and stepping out of our transgenerational conditioning.
Most of us have made ourselves so small and thought so little of ourselves all our lives. We may have apologized for taking up room, feeling guilty for our mere existence, and handing over our power to anyone who laid claim to it. But no more. We are now in the process of reclaiming our will and stepping out of the victim role we had become so accustomed to. We realize that we, indeed, have the divinely given right to stand fully in our own power, love, and sovereignty. This is a shift from an existence within the limits of the 3D and back into our essence, our divine spirit.
Our extensive work of deep internal healing has cleared many blocks and made room for our spirit to be more embodied. As our spirit is more present in our incarnation, we are able to live from the heart, which is the seat of our spirit. This is also where we can access our power and higher guidance, since our spirit is directly connected to the Divine. Our spirit will naturally bring a balance of feminine and masculine energies and qualities. We are rediscovering our deep love of self, while being able to hold internal and external boundaries.
We are reclaiming our power from wherever we had misplaced it, adding to our strength and clarity as we unbind ourselves. This may include other people who used us for their own perceived needs, our own traumas that had us stuck in the past, health issues that made us feel weak, the addictions we caved into… the list goes on. We are no longer giving our power away, letting our sacred energy be drained, and squandering what is rightfully ours. And while this dance of reclaiming and unbecoming may be dizzying and uncomfortable, as it brings with it so many psychological, emotional, and physical changes, we are building a new foundation for the balanced life that we are deserving. We are in the middle of the greatest metamorphosis of our life, and finally after a long journey away from the self, coming back home.
